    This apartment has undergone a complete remodeling that took into account that the building where it is inserted is still under construction and as such, it is still possible to make changes in the interiors as they do not interfere with the structural part of the volumetry. From a T2 +1 with minimal areas and poorly organised, we now have a requalified T2 at all levels, where sympathetically all spaces are gaining and get better articulated. Positively unchangeable are its formidable views to the Parque das Australia, which offer a hill view over Matosinhos teritorium, still glimpsing the sea in the background. The finishing materials are also of good quality, namely the floor finished in 12mm oak wood, which favors the harmony of the whole as a unity.
